About Moova
Moova is a Vancouver-based Canadian immigration practice, led by Sebastian Araya, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC–IRB), working fully online with clients in Canada and internationally.
Immigration is not just forms and rules. It is about building a life in a new place, with the challenges and decisions that come with it. For us, this means offering support that is thoughtful, professional and genuinely human.
The name Moova comes from move. It reflects movement across borders, between life stages, and toward something new

Meet Your Consultant
Hi, I am Sebastian Araya, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and a Chilean-trained lawyer with more than eight years of combined legal experience in Chile and Canada.
My interest in migration started years ago during an academic exchange in Spain as part of my law studies. It was the first time I experienced how moving to a new place can expand the way you see things. Later, when I moved to Canada, I learned what it actually feels like to rebuild your life in a different system. Those experiences helped shape the way I approach immigration work today.
My work focuses on bringing legal perspective and integrity to a process that many people experience as confusing or impersonal. Immigration is not simply about selecting from a list of programs. It is about understanding your situation, the constraints around it and what is genuinely possible. From there, we design a plan that fits you.
I work in English and Spanish, and have supported clients from Latin America, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Oceania and beyond. Each case brings its own conditions, timing and objectives, so the strategy is never the same.
Wherever you are starting from, my role is to assess your options with precision and provide guidance that respects your goals and the realities of the Canadian immigration system.
